Production and equipment
The company uses 3 fabrication workshops dedicated to pasteurised and
sterilised products :
- Fruit desserts - jam
- Vacuum packed jars/tins : sweet corn, prunes, chestnuts
- Vacuum packed cooked meals (with or without meat)
All the machines are modern, efficient and adapted for packaging (glass
or metal).
The labelling and packaging workshop is adapted to the regulations of
exportation and foreign markets (70% export).
Research and Development
The research and development department works on the creation and development
of new products, new packaging and new processes.
This service has the human and technical skills to develop the products
based on fruit, vegetables, olive oil, seasoning, sauces...
The quality management system is in the process of acquiring the ISO-9001
version 2000 certification. The company has the following qualifications
: CE-DSV, USDA, FDA, BRC.
